Cancellation

• Up to 48 hours before the start of the game: Refund less €2.00 processing fee.
• Less than 48 hours before the start of the game: full price will be charged.
• No-Show: full price will be charged.

Severe weather

In the event of storms or unplayable pitch conditions, TSV Battenberg can also issue weather clearance at short notice. You will then receive a personal link by email and can rebook to a free appointment free of charge or cancel for a €2.00 processing fee. A transfer booking that is still unpaid will be canceled free of charge.

How do I cancel?

The easiest way is via the cancellation page: Cancel booking. All you need is your booking number and the email address from the booking confirmation. The refund will be initiated automatically if the deadline is met.

Can I also rebook?

If you just want to change the time, you don't have to cancel: Rebook booking. If only the date changes and the players and game duration remain the same, rebooking is free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of the game; otherwise a fee of €2 will apply. No rebooking is possible less than 48 hours in advance.
